Japanese-speaking staff both station in Hong Kong and Guangzhou who can
provide a hot-line support or translation.
Our Group also has a Wholesale Department to negotiate exclusive discounted air fares for First & Business Class as well as full range of Economy fares & low cost airlines. We also have contracted rates with selective hotels in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Far East, Europe and US etc.. These contracted rates are substantially less than the rack rate or the corporate rates that clients may obtain. Nevertheless, our good connections with airlines, hotels and other business partners can help to solve the waitlist problem under reservation crisis.
